The CEC science mobile, GO-lileo, is a part of our overall science outreach plan. Driven by Science Instructor, Jeff Coleman, the van brings science to people of all ages in the community. Headstart, elementary students, and Story Time at the library are just some of the sites visited regularly by GO-lileo. Science activities feature experiments with all kinds of cool science gadgets, theories, and different scientific principles.

Our prices are affordable, and our classes are fun, creative, and hands-on. Consider the following:

Mobile Mini Museum of Dinosaurs – Bring the excitement of dinosaurs to your next birthday party or any function where kids can enjoy an entertaining and educational distraction. The Mini-Museum features hundreds of real fossils, from corrals to actual dinosaurs. The museum also includes several museum quality reproductions, cast from authentic dinosaur fossil finds. Featured will be a 3 foot T-Rex skeleton, with a T-Rex tooth and a cast from the King of Dinosaurs’ brain. Other replica teeth, claws and skin casts are a part of the hands-on display. Other activities can be catered to your needs, including fossil identification and fossil digs.
Geology for Rock Hounds – Participate in a mini rock hunt followed by a session of rock and mineral identification, and then some arts & crafts using the geological specimens just discovered. Every participant gets to take home some of their discoveries.
